The past couple times I have gotten an oil change. My front brakes have been dropping in colors on the inspection part. Which i agree with. I have not changed the front brakes as of this past oil change. This time the front brakes inspection was in the GREEN WITH an 8 rating. I don’t understand how that is.

Took over 2 hours for an oil change and I know much of that time was just waiting for the service advisor to close out the paperwork. I saw them bring the vehicle around and park it after about an hour. I waited about 20 mins more and went to ask about it. Advisor didnt know and said they would check. After another 20 mins, I asked a 2nd time and again was told they would have to check on it. I then pointed out that the vehicle has been sitting in parking lot for last 30-45 mins. They then said it is just waiting on paperwork. Took another 10 mins to finally be called back to desk to pay for service and check out. Lots of other details were overlooked also. Very poor first impression. Not sure if I want to come back or not?? Is this type of service and slow response the norm at this dealership?

When I dropped my truck off all sensors for tires were working and no lights on dash. When they called to tell me my truck was ready they informed me I had 2 bad sensors. When I said how did they go bad since 6am when I dropped the truck off, and they would be 225 each, They took no responsibility and said it wasn’t their fault. But that’s okay cause BIG O took care of me since yall didn’t relearn the sensors after rotating them and were just out to get money.

The fluids were not topped off on vehicle, the oil life was not reset. The work was done in a rushed manner. After bringing the issues to the attention of the service advisor, they were corrected. The Service Manger did contact me regarding the issues and made assurances that this was unacceptable and apologized for the the errors.

I was told it would three hours when I dropped it off at 11:00. I had to request a ride home. Around 2 pm I was called told it was going in for alignments it should be done in 45 mins. They told me if i needed a car to come get me to call before 5. I called starting at 4, several times getting a voicemail, no one returned my call. I called got a lady who obviously I bothered by her sighs when I asked about my car, once she put me thru to speak with Isabella and I got the same voicemail and no return call and the next time she tried transferring it went dead air so I am only assuming I was hung up on, as no one came to the phone. Finally at around 5 I got a text letting me know it was ready by then I had to get my sick husband up to drive me into town. She did offer a courtesy ride but he had already gotten up and dressed to bring me. I also was asked about my oil change that was my original reason for bringing it in and wanted brakes and fluids all checked apparently whomever made the appt failed to put my oil change on there so they called to see if I wanted it, they changed it but did not reset my car so I had to double check the paperwork to make sure they did indeed change the oil. I’ve had my car serviced there everytime and this was my first bad experience. So I will chalk it up to a bad day in hopes it doesn’t happen again.

I purchased a brand new 2020 GMC Canyon from Leachman GMC, and unfortunately, it’s been an experience I won’t repeat. This was my first GMC truck, and it will be my last. I initially trusted the Leachman service department to handle all the maintenance and repairs, but my most recent experience was the breaking point. From the start, I’ve had ongoing issues with the Canyon that were never fully resolved. The gas tank never fills properly, as if there's inadequate air circulation when fueling. When it gets 5-6 gallons from full, I have to stand there and slowly pump the gas. The transmission has also been problematic since day one. I’ve consistently reported that it feels like the truck is jumping gears and jerking when driving, and at times, it even lurches forward when stopping. After multiple complaints, I was told to "live with it." Most recently, the temperature coolant sensor failed. What was initially quoted as a $680 repair for a $13 part quickly escalated to $1,350 after being told the intake needed to be removed for new gaskets. The next call I received informed me that they couldn’t fix it without removing the head on one side, which brought the price up to $5,830. I was told if I didn’t want to pay, I had to tow the truck off their lot. I felt cornered, so I reluctantly agreed to pay. When I went to pick it up, the total had risen to $6,030. I didn’t agree to that price, so they eventually removed the extra charges, but it left me feeling cheated. In my opinion, Leachman’s service department has shown a complete disregard for customer satisfaction and is untrustworthy in how they handle repairs and pricing. I’ve learned my lesson, and as soon as possible, I’ll be trading in this truck. I had a Nissan Frontier for 16 years and never paid that much for repairs in the entire time I owned it. I wanted to buy American, but at what cost? I can't continue to afford these kinds of experiences.

I brought my truck in with an obvious oil problem that got taken care of but it took 3 days because the "kit" was missing a hose. About 3 days later I got a check engine light again and took it back. This time it had to do with the emission system. This also took 3 days because the "kit" was missing a clamp. It would help if "kits" were checked for parts before the work was done. Everyone was very helpful and courteous. It was frustrating to call in for any kind of an update only to be transferred to an answering machine. Almost $2400 later, I hope I don't have to go back. I'm on Social Security and this hit pretty hard.

Jill was very helpful and that’s the only good thing I can say. If there was another dealership closer, that is where I would go. As soon as I got in my vehicle after a complete service, the change oil indicator as well as the fuel filter indicator were NOT even reset. This is not the first time that this has happened. What makes it even worse is the fact that no one seems to care enough to address these issues.

The latest trip was great. I dropped my vehicle off before my appointment time and they messaged me at five minutes past my appt to let me know it was ready. The previous two times, I was there over 8 hours in 2 days. And they didn’t rotate my tires on one and didn’t tell me. Hubs found it on the paperwork. I requested a call from a manager online but didn’t get one.

I had recently discovered a nail in my tire on my 2023 canyon AT4 so I called Leachman and ask if I could bring it in without an appointment. The lady was very nice and told me to bring it on in. I pulled it in the garage bay and went to the nice waiting area. After taking the wheel and tire off and inspected it they found that the nail was not long enough to even puncture the tire. No charge at all! I do appreciate their honesty and allowing me to bring it in last minute.

I had an appointment for 7:30 to have my oil changed and to have my tailgate looked at for warranty work. I had the truck there by 6:30am and returned about 2:45pm. I checked to see how longer it would be and I was informed by the service advisor that he was just then sending the information to the warranty company to see if it would be covered. I understand that things do take time but what is the point of having an appointment if the work isn’t completed in a timely manner.

Dropped my Sierra off for oil change and and check on the front brake sensor. Got a call everything was complete, paid for new sensor and installation with the oil change. Picked up the truck after hours and the sensor had never been touched despite being billed for it. Very below par from what I typically see from Leachman service. I had to make another appointment and coordinate dropping off my truck again to get it fixed.

My experience at Leachman Buick GMC Cadillac was overall very positive. Darren was outstanding—enthusiastic, responsive, and genuinely committed to helping us find the exact build we were looking for. Out of all the dealerships we worked with, he clearly stood out for his follow-through and professionalism. That said, I was disappointed by the $5K markup simply because we were outside their region. It felt a bit opportunistic, especially since I offered a strong trade-in and asked if there was anything they could do to offset the added cost. The response—offering to sell me an extended warranty at a discount—just didn’t land well. The dealership itself was clean, friendly, and professional. With a few cosmetic updates, it could feel even more premium. In the end, I did get the vehicle I wanted, and I truly appreciated the team's efforts—especially Darren’s. The pricing experience left me with mixed feelings, but if that piece had gone differently, I’d be eager to return.

I was not listened to in the process of getting my car fixed, and I don’t think the issue was actually addressed. The snarky comments about it being normal for the fan to run for a “few minutes” after you shut a car off on hot days make it clear that the guys in the service department disregarded me. My fan was running for literally 30-45 minutes after shutting the car off. Which is NOT normal. Sure the battery was drained, but it was drained due to the fan. I had to jump the car 3 times before I brought it in. I researched the issue, and it’s a common problem in 2018 encores. I really appreciated the same comment on my invoice about it being normal. Felt like that really drove the point the service department was trying to make home. I’ve traded the car elsewhere and won’t be back.

Brent checked the Service engine code for me when the light came on 8/13/25 Which showed O2 sensor was bad & schedule appointment for 8/21 to repair. About 2 hours he said & with oil change 2 1/2 hours. Brought it in on 8/21 waited 3 1/2 hours when Jonathan told me my car was ready. Then started telling I needed tires, which I was planning on, and giving me quotes. Then proceeded to tell me all these other things that were wrong and needed fixing. He did not tell me the O2 was ok until I ask. So I ask him in 3 1/2 hours only the oil was changed? He said and diagnostics. Gave me a quote which was almost double my previous quote and would take about 2 hours to repair. I understand things can change but I would of appreciated if someone could of come and told me O2 wasn't the problem and they would let me know what they found and it would take longer. They then told me it was ready about an hour later they rushed it. Labor on my bill was just under $600. Seems a bit inflated to me. Brent has always taken good care of me and kept me informed. Unfortunately I did not see Brent that day.

As far as the oil change, and maintenance check, things went as anticipated. When I dropped off my Yukon on Saturday morning, my air tire pressure light was on, because my driver side rear tire was low. I received a phone call that my TPMS sensor had gone out and would be $150 to replace. I initially declined, thinking it was on because my tire pressure was low. I paid for my service through the link that was text to me, and went and picked up my Yukon. It wasn’t until later that I realized that none of my tire pressure readings were showing, at all. When I looked over my receipt a tire rotation was performed. My TPMS sensors were all working when I dropped of my vehicle, now nothing is working, and I am expected to pay $150 to fix something that was working when I left my vehicle.

Everything went good , the only issue I have had is I called and made an appointment , I called back the day before the appointment to confirm and they didn’t schedule the appointment , made another appointment and called back the day before I was suppose to be there to confirm again before I drove 1hr 15mins there and they didn’t have it down for an appointment again. My car was in your care from July 22 to September 12. No loaner. Had a $1048 bill for car rental for only one week. Not very happy. The “slight inconvenience “ was very expensive. Disappointed that this loyal General Motors customer family from the 1950’s endured this “slight inconvenience.” I am shocked if that is how your loyal customers are treated how do you treat new customers. Let me guess…much better as you obviously take your loyal customers for granted.

I was taken care of as soon as I brought my vehicle in. The paperwork was easy to get completed and the communication after I reminded the person by txt that I was not getting any updates was very good there after. The lady that took care of me was great and the young man that shuttled me home was very pleasant and drove safe. The vehicle was clean when presented back to me and the work was high quality. The coffee in the waiting room could be better but yes I'm not there for the coffee although it is a luxury Dealership. Don't like the 3+% charge for using a credit card to pay no one carries cash.

After I left, I scanned the receipt and noticed that neither the $10 oil change coupon or my GM points were used to reduce the price. I called them back within the hour and was told that, of course the person who handled me was at lunch. I was called back as promised and it was confirmed that the discounts weren’t applied. I was offered a written check or a credit for my next service. I asked if they could just deduct the discount from my credit card and was told it was too late. It is interesting that I can return an item to Home Depot and they can refund $ after several days but Leachman can’t. So I opted for the future credit with the hope that this was noted in the system and nobody gets amnesia.

We had a leak in our sunroof, I brought it in when it was actively leaking and was told there was no appointment or no one to look at it at the time. The only appointment that you guys had available was the next week. I brought it in. Obviously the car had dried because it hadn’t rained. I was told that they could not find a leak and had ran water on it for three hours. I asked if they have pulled the headliner down to see if there was any damage where I had shown them it had leaked. Mark told he would ask his manager if they could do that. Shortly after that, he called me back and told me to come get it there was nothing wrong and the leak might have fixed itself. I didn’t feel like that was right as the leak had happened twice. So I called back and spoke to Diana and she was very nice, agreed a leak wouldn’t fix itself. They called me and told me they would keep it overnight and check in the morning. The next day no one call me so I called at Noon and was told it was ready and no leak was found and I could come and get it. I brought the car home at 1 PM, it started to rain at 2pm. By 3 p.m. my car was leaking again. I returned it back to the dealership along with my husband. My husband and the technician looked at the car and finally the manager printed out frequent issues with my make and model car and the print out said it could a sunroof seal which was exactly the symptoms of my car. Not sure why this wasn’t done prior. The manager told me he would order the part and let me know when it came in. The next Thursday I brought the car back and the seal was fixed. However I again had to call to see if my car was ready. When I arrived I talked to Mark who was my advisor although I hadn’t heard from him. He said we found your leak and wanted to schedule a time to fix it. I told him it should have been there to get fixed and he found my car and I paid and left. Needless to say I felt like my service visits weren’t handled with the best of care.

Simple oil change took nearly 2 hours to complete. I asked that the tire pressure be checked and for the pressure sensor relearning to be completed since they were not done the last visit. Upon receiving my truck, the tire reading showed the recommended values for the rear tires on the front display and vice versus. So I am not sure if the sensors were reset and the pressures changed incorrectly or if the pressures are correct but sensors are still wrong. The printout of the vehicle inspection results was completely blank. I have no idea if anything was inspected or not. I also had a copy of another customers inspection attached to my paper work. This is the second visit in a row here that the service department has been very disappointing. If it wasn't for preserving my warranty, I would not return for any other service needs. Hopefully management will eventually do something to improve the quality but I plan to visit a different GMC dealership when the next service is required.

Very poor communication about my car and what stage the repair was in. The quote and the amount claimed to have quoted were different. It seems that when my car was under warranty I was treated much better.

Quick and easy drop off. I was notified that I would be getting progress notifications but I only received one, when the work was completed. Not a big deal because the work was done in a reasonable amount of time but it did make me wonder whether or not I would be getting a tx when the work was complete. I was out having breakfast so I wasn't sitting waiting in the waiting room.

Mark answered my call to your service dept. and helped me get a new battery installed and an oil change in the Same day!!! I was so relieved as I had had trouble starting my vehicle that morning and it would not start when I parked it 10 minutes later! at work.
